When do I need to exchange my breast implants and where can I schedule a breast implant revision in Baltimore?

No CommentsBreast Augmentation, breast augmentation baltimore, breast augmentation in baltimore md, breast augmentation Maryland, breast implant maryland, breast implant revision baltimore, breast reconstruction baltimoreJanuary 20, 2022Jeffrey Schreiber, MD

The lifespan of breast implants is a very common concern for patients considering breast augmentation. You may be wondering: how long do breast implants last? How often do they need to be replaced? What happens to breast implants over time? And where to go for breast implant revision Baltimore.

Many women mistakenly believe that breast implants have to be replaced every 10 years.  Most silicone and saline implants are FDA approved for 10-20 years, but this does not mean that you have to get them replaced every 10-20 years.

In 2011, the FDA released this report on the safety of silicone breast implants. According to the report, after 10 years of an initial breast augmentation, 1 out of 5 patients need some sort of breast implant revision Baltimore procedure. That means 20% of patients need another operation due to excess scarring inside the breast (capsular contracture), broken implant etc. That also means that 80% of the patient’s breast implants are fine at 10 years! Since 2011, there are newer fifth generation gummy bear implants. These implants appear sturdier than the implants studied in 2011.

If you’re having an issue such as hardening or rippling, or potential rupture, you may need to change out your breast implants. However with proper monitoring (self-exams, mammograms), you don’t need to automatically replace your implants every 10 years.

When a patient undergoes breast augmentation, the initial results are beautifully shaped breasts that appear fuller and youthful. Breast augmentation is an investment in yourself and you should do all you can to minimize the need for revision surgery. Here are some tips to maintain your results!

Wear properly fitted bras

Push-up bras can do more harm than good for your breasts. Studies show that wearing bras with too much lift can weaken the supportive ligaments and muscles. This can potentially speed up the aging process, as your muscles won’t be able to handle the weight of your breasts on their own. Be gentle on your body and wear comfortable, but not overly supportive bras.

Watch your posture

Sitting with poor posture can cause your breasts to pull forward for extended periods of time—potentially causing them to sag. Try to stand and sit up straight and avoid hunching or rounding your shoulders.

Sleep on your back

We spend around a third of our lives sleeping, but snoozing on your side or front can stretch out ligaments in breast tissue. Sleeping on your back provides the ligaments support and reduces the pull of gravity. If you struggle to stay positioned on your back throughout the night, try placing a pillow under each arm to keep your body in place.

Good Skincare

Our skin is our largest organ, but also one of the most delicate parts of the body. Sun exposure can cause damage and stretch out tissue, so don’t sunbathe or tan excessively. Always use a good sunscreen whenever you’re outside, and wear protective clothing when necessary. While it may be tempting to choose a tan over skin safety, know that your body will thank you in the long run.

Maintain a healthy lifestyle

Smoking and drinking can dry out your skin and hair, so cut back on these habits when possible. Also, avoid “yo-yo dieting” as extreme weight changes can break down the elasticity in your skin. Try to keep at a consistent weight via healthy food and proper exercise. Give your body the nutrient-dense fuel it needs to keep your skin and muscles strong.

Exchanging breast implants or additional breast augmentations aren’t always due to deflation or a rupture of the implant (which are rare occurrences), affecting only about 3% of implants. Many revisions are by choice, when women decide they want to change their size or have further refinement. In addition, as you age, your implants may shift, especially if you have had children or gain / lose significant amounts of weight.

Most of Dr. Schreiber’s patients only have to have 1-2 replacements in their lifetime. The length of time you can safely go between replacements will depend on the type of implant you receive and your physiology. Dr. Schreiber will discuss the life of your implants with you before your procedure. Last but not least, you may want to trade your current implants for larger or smaller implants in the future. This is a perfectly valid reason to get your implants replaced!

Do You Need a Blepharoplasty or Brow lift?

No Commentsblepharoplasty, brow liftNovember 9, 2021Jeffrey Schreiber, MD

blepharoplasty

As we get older, the forehead and eye area are the first places where we begin to notice wrinkles, fine lines and sagging skin, all of which contributes to a tired and aged appearance. If you are becoming increasingly unhappy with the appearance of your upper face and eye areas, it may be time to consider cosmetic surgery. Continue reading to answer the question: do you need blepharoplasty or a brow lift?

When it comes to the eyelids, time, gravity, work, and genetics can take their toll on the upper and lower eyelids.  This can cause excess skin or hooding to build up covering the top of the eye.  For the lower eyelids, puffiness can occur when the fat surrounding the eye falls forward.  Eyelid surgery surgeon, Dr. Jeffrey Schreiber, frequently performs eyelid rejuvenation surgery to remove the excess skin from the upper and lower eyelids.  Sometimes, excess fat is also removed from the eyelids to help give your eyes a less tired and refreshed look. The recovery takes only 5-7 days with minimal discomfort and downtime.

A brow lift is a cosmetic procedure to raise the position of the eyebrows into a more aesthetically pleasing position. This includes creating a gentle arch to the eyebrow (less for men) and eliminating the excess skin or hooding of the outer part of the upper eyelids. There are several types of brow lift. For example, if you only need a small amount of lift Dr. Schreiber can offer you a limited-incision brow lift. If you need more of a lift, a full brow lift may be required to meet your aesthetic goals. Both men and women with eyebrows in a low position or with a lack of an arch are good candidates for a brow lift procedure. As your surgeon, Dr. Schreiber can help you achieve a more aesthetically pleasing appearance to your eyebrows and eyes.

While a brow lift can lift your eyebrows and smooth your forehead area, an eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) focuses solely on your eyelids. During an eyelid lift, Dr. Schreiber removes excess skin and fat from the lids, making them less droopy and puffy. Eyelid lifts can be performed on your upper lids, lower lids, or both.

If the drooping of the eyelid goes away when your brows are raised, then a brow lift may be the procedure you are looking for.

Sometimes droopiness of the upper eyelid may be because of lower brow position. Dr. Schreiber explains that in these cases, patients may need both a blepharoplasty and a brow lift to achieve the lifted, rejuvenated look that they desire. The two procedures can be done efficiently in just one surgery.

Do I need a necklift in Baltimore or a Baltimore facelift or both?

No CommentsBaltimore facelift, facelift baltimoreOctober 28, 2021Jeffrey Schreiber, MD

facelift Baltimore

The neck and face are known to age us but sometimes at different rates. Many people turn to plastic surgery to address these issues individually or combine these procedures for a total rejuvenation. Many people assume a facelift Baltimore will treat all areas of the face, including the forehead and eyes. However, a traditional Baltimore facelift focuses only on the lower half of the face from the cheeks down. A neck lift focuses only on areas under your chin. These areas include under your chin loose skin, wrinkles and lines (Turkey neck).

Facelift surgery is designed to treat skin laxity and drooping of the lower face from the cheeks to the jawline. Rejuvenate the aging face- remove excess sagging skin, sagging jowls, cheeks, clean up jaw line.  It greatly improves appearance- appear more rested, younger; less tired, old. During a facelift, incisions are typically made in front of and behind the ear. A Baltimore facelift can focus on areas of the neck, but in a different way than a neck lift does.

Surgery Time: 6-8 hours- can stay overnight

Recovery: Recommend 2 weeks off of work.

  • Makeup can be used to hide bruising once the sutures are removed.
  • Return to full activity by 3 weeks.
  • The scar will continue to fade for up to 2 years.

Neck lift surgery is known to create a smoother and more refined neck and chin without making any other changes to the face, depending on the patient’s needs. Dr. Schreiber essentially redrapes skin in the neck while removing excess skin and tightening muscles in order to improve loose neck skin. During a neck lift, the locations of the incisions vary. Neck lifts will sometimes require an incision both in front of and behind the ear.

Surgery Time: The procedure takes 1-2 hours. You will either go home the same day or stay overnight in the hospital depending on your individual needs.

Recovery Dr. Schreiber recommends Return to work in 7-10 days. Return to strenuous activities in 4-6 weeks.

  • Bruising and swelling can mostly be covered over by 2 weeks.
  • Return to full activity by 3-4 weeks.

Most patients that would benefit from a neck lift also show the signs of aging on the face which would improve with a lower facelift. For this reason, the most commonly performed procedure is actually a combination lower face and neck lift. The incisions are placed around the ear (both in front and behind) and occasionally a small incision below the chin.

If you are looking to reverse the signs of aging in your face, neck, or both, and are interested in learning more about a Baltimore facelift, contact us at Baltimore Plastic Surgery to schedule your consultation with Dr. Jeffrey Schreiber. Dr. Schreiber is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in  Baltimore, MD. He will review your areas of concern and help you determine which procedures are right for you. Call us at (410) 205-1846 or contact us online to schedule your confidential consultation.

Baltimore Tummy Tuck

Do You Need Liposuction, Tummy tuck or Both?

No CommentsAugust 31, 2021Jeffrey Schreiber, MD
tummy tuck baltimore

A flat and well-toned abdomen is something many of us strive for with exercise and healthy lifestyle choices. Sometimes these methods cannot achieve our aesthetic goals. Even individuals of otherwise normal body weight and proportion can develop an abdomen that protrudes or is loose and sagging. The most common causes of this include:

  • Aging
  • Heredity
  • Pregnancy
  • Prior surgery
  • Significant fluctuations in weight

For many liposuction or a tummy tuck can both help create an improved body contour, and flat abdomen. But how do you decide which will be right for you?

Baltimore Liposuction: Fat removal, contouring

During a Baltimore liposuction, Dr. Schreiber uses a thin tube known as a cannula which is inserted into tiny incisions made at the treatment sites. The cannula is moved beneath your skin to loosen excess adipose tissue. Dr. Schreiber sometimes uses techniques, ultrasound or vibration is used to break up the fat cells to make them easier to remove. Then, a medical-grade suction device is used to remove the dislodged fat cells.

Liposuction candidate:

  • You have excess pockets of fat which are resistant to diet and exercise.
  • You are within 25 pounds of your goal weight.
  • You have good skin tone and a fairly flat abdominal wall
  • You don’t have a history of massive weight loss or pregnancy.

Liposuction is a fat removal procedure rather than a weight loss procedure. If you need to lose weight you may be left with excess skin and need several procedures to achieve your desired aesthetic. Women after pregnancy can still be good candidates for liposuction but more commonly the skin and abdominal wall is permanently stretched and is best improved with a tummy tuck.

Tummy Tuck Baltimore: Skin removal, fat removal, and abdominal muscle repair

A tummy tuck Baltimore consists of making an incision low along the bikini line from hip to hip and lifting the skin and fat off the abdominal wall.  With the abdominal wall exposed, stitches are then used to tighten the abdominal wall.  This stitching resembles the effect of a girdle and is often necessary to repair the stretching that occurs with childbearing or morbid obesity.  In addition to improving the skin and abdominal wall, liposuction is typically included with a tummy tuck in order to treat the fatty layer and provide a more comprehensive improvement in contour. The excess skin is then pulled down and removed finalizes the full correction of the abdomen.

Tummy Tuck candidate:

  • You have a body mass index no greater than 30, not be actively trying to lose weight
  • You do not suffer from a chronic heart condition
  • You do not plan to become pregnant in the future (There are no risks but pregnancy causes weight gain in the abdomen particular and will affect results)
  • If there is a noticeable amount of sagging skin, which generally occurs after massive weight loss

“Complete” muscle repair is only possible through standard tummy tuck in which a hip-to-hip incision is used.

Combination of Tummy Tuck and Liposuction

However, a physical evaluation is needed to determine if muscle laxity and/or fat is the underlying cause of the “problem.” After careful evaluation, some patients can actually benefit from simultaneous tummy tuck and liposuction. But if there is a need to remove large volumes of fat, the consensus is to stage each surgery to minimize the surgical trauma and bleeding.

Baltimore Tummy TuckIn some cases Dr. Schreiber prefers tummy tuck after liposuction; while in others perform it in reverse order. However, the ideal approach boils down to the patient’s underlying anatomies and cosmetic goals.

It all starts with a consultation but hopefully now you have a better idea of which procedure, tummy tuck Baltimore or Baltimore liposuction or both, you’re leaning towards! Please call our office at (410) 205-1846.

breast augmentation Baltimore

Do I need a breast augmentation in Baltimore, a breast lift in Baltimore, or both?

No CommentsJuly 19, 2021Jeffrey Schreiber, MD

If you have considered having cosmetic breast surgery, there is a good chance that you have also wondered if you need a breast augmentation, a breast lift or both. There are various factors that will come into play when making this decision.

The most common reasons why women consider a combo breast lift with implants include:

  • Your breasts have lost volume, shape, and firmness due to pregnancy, age, weight loss, or gravity
  • Your breasts are noticeably different in size or shape, and you want more symmetry and fullness
  • Your breasts appear deflated and your nipples and/or areolas are pointing downwards or positioned below the breast crease

DIFFERENT TYPES OF BREAST LIFT TECHNIQUES

A breast lift changes the position of your nipples and areolas, elevates your breasts, and removes any excess skin. The benefit is perkier breasts that look more youthful.

Peri-Areolar Breast Lift – Sometimes referred to as a “donut lift,” the peri-areolar breast lift technique is a great option for women with mild sagging who would benefit from subtle lifting. With this technique, renowned Plastic Surgeon in Baltimore, Dr. Schreiber will make one, circular incision around the entire outer edge of your areola. Again, this technique results in a minimally visible scar.

Anchor Breast Lift – With incisions placed in the shape of an anchor, this lifting technique is reserved for women who require dramatic reshaping to improve significant sagging.

Lollipop Breast Lift– is more suitable for moderately sized breasts. The lollipop lift begins as the anchor lift does. The incision is made around the areola, and then an incision is made down the center of the lower breast.

DIFFERENT TYPES OF BREAST IMPLANTS

If you want to achieve a bigger size and more fullness, then combining a breast lift with breast implants is something to look into.

Dr. Schreiber will suggest which implant type based on your body shape, medical history, lifestyle, and beauty goals. The following options are available for breast augmentation in Baltimore:

  • Saline-filled breast implants are filled with sterile salt water. They are filled at the time of surgery to allow for a shorter incision and for minor modifications in implant size.
  • Silicone-filled breast implants are filled with soft gel and are available in a variety of shapes. All silicone breast implants are pre-filled and may require a longer incision for implant placement.
  • Cohesive gel silicone implants, also known as “gummy bear” or “form stable” implants, are filled with a cohesive silicone gel which makes them feel thicker and firmer than traditional silicone implants. This enables them to retain their shape and better projection.
  • Shaped implants, also called “teardrop” or “anatomical” implants have less fullness in the upper part and more fullness in the lower part, mimicking the shape of a real breast. They have advantages and disadvantages compared to other implants.

Once you decide which type of breast implant to combine with your breast lift in Baltimore, you should think about the placement of the implant. Dr. Schreiber can place it either: Behind the pectoral muscle or behind the breast tissue and will discuss this with you at your personal consultation.

Breast Implant Size

No Commentsbreast augmentation Maryland, Jeffrey SchreiberJune 22, 2021Jeffrey Schreiber, MD

breast augmentation marylandThe decision to have breast augmentation is a process that requires several different factors before reaching the final decision. One big question patients ask regarding breast augmentation is “what size breast implants should I get”?

Choosing a breast implant size can be very confusing. Breast size affects many aspects of a woman’s life, including her relationships, social interactions and overall physical well-being. We want to make sure that patients have the resources and guidance to choose the perfect implant size! Here are some of the most important factors to consider before choosing what implant size for your breast augmentation maryland.

  • Your body size and weight
  • Whether you exercise regularly
  • Your style and wardrobe
  • The present shape of your breasts
  • Characteristics of your breast tissue
  • Characteristics of your chest wall

Your personal preference will also affect choices like:

  • The shape of your new breasts – round or tear-drop shaped?
  • A natural-looking or obviously-augmented appearance?
  • The push-up-bra-look or simply regaining shape after weight loss, childbirth or surgery?

Don’t fixate on bra size. Cup size is a subjective measurement. Everyone wears their bras differently, and sizes vary among manufacturers. Telling your surgeon you want to be a “C” or “D” can start a discussion but should not be the determining factor.

Try them on for size. It’s almost impossible for most women to visualize what size implants will look best on their bodies based on units of volume. That’s why Dr. Schreiber offers ways for women to try on different sizes of silicone breast implant “sizers” at your consultation.

Dr. Jeffrey Schreiber’s goal is to deliver natural-looking results that are proportionate to your body shape and size. Bringing pictures from magazines or studying before and after pictures together can go a long way toward helping your doctor understand your surgical goals. If you clearly communicate what you want, the best surgeons understand how to achieve your desired results.

Viktoria DeAnn Peptides and Why You Need Them in Your Skin Care Routine

No Commentsbaltimore plastic surgery, facial rejuvenation Baltimore, Viktoria DeAnnApril 20, 2021Jeffrey Schreiber, MD

Peptides are a powerful product you should consider adding to your skincare routine.  When you buy a high-quality peptide, like the ones we carry from Viktoria DeAnn, you’re going to be able to reverse any skin problems you’re having. Then, you’ll be able to essentially slow down the body’s natural aging process when you use these products correctly.

What is a Peptide?

A peptide is a chain of two or more amino acids joined together that build protein. Peptides in skincare are used to send a message to your skin to perform a specific function.

Why do we need them?

As the skin ages, it can forget to replenish itself at the proper rate.  There are a lot of factors that contribute to this happening.  Age, stress, diet, lifestyle choices and environmental factors like sun exposure are a few of the main culprits that comprise the skin’s ability to function properly.  As the skin is continually exposed to these things, collagen and elastin, which are the structures that hold your skin together, start to break down causing it to lose firmness and resilience.  When this happens you’ll start to notice wrinkles, saggy skin, and age spots. Adding a peptide to your skincare regime can help fix all this! We can reverse the damage that has been done.  And then, we can slow down the aging process going forward!

Why use Viktoria DeAnn Peptides?

Not all peptides are created equal.  I researched many brands before deciding to use Viktoria DeAnn.  As a company, they have researched, developed and synthesized biological peptide messengers in their FDA inspected lab. The result is a line of peptides so pure that they are as close to what our body naturally would do.

What makes Viktoria DeAnn different than other products with peptides?

Other product lines have to purchase their peptides from suppliers. Viktoria DeAnn synthesizes their own.  So, they have full control over the formulas and quality. The result is they are able to deliver a higher concentration of actives at a reasonable price point.

Plus, they customize their products to create targeted solutions.  For example, Pepti-Lift was developed specifically to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and strengthen the skin tension to reduce the dreaded jowls. Pepti Correct was developed specifically to target and correct pigmentation caused by sun damage, melasma, or post-acne.  There is no one size fits all solution, which means great results for you.

How do you use peptides?

Peptides should be used along with your other recommended skin care products and used twice a day as part of your skincare regime.

Who needs to use Viktoria DeAnn Peptides?

EVERYONE! We can’t stop the natural aging process, but peptides will help slow that down. I hear often clients want a change in their wrinkles and sagging skin. My first recommendation is always the Viktoria DeAnn Lift kit which has your essentials, Pepti-Lift, Pepti-Tone, Pepti-Eye and Rejuvenator. Clients have said they’ve seen a 5-10 year difference using the kit quickly and continue to use to keep up their results.

Due to the unique nature of Viktoria Deann Peptides, they are not allowed to be sold online. These peptides are sold only by educated and licensed skin specialists. If you want to experience a facial rejuvenation Baltimore and would like to know more about the peptides or purchase them, please contact Baltimore plastic surgery directly and we’ll be happy to ship them or arrange product pick up.

Tummy Tuck Baltimore for Removing a Tummy Pooch

No CommentsMarch 10, 2021Jeffrey Schreiber, MD

tummy tuck baltimore

Do you still have a tummy pooch despite eating well and exercising? It can be difficult to restore your body’s shape after significant changes in your figure (such as pregnancy or major weight loss), and even a healthy lifestyle may not be able to restore your midsection. Even if you have lost belly fat, you may still be experiencing a decrease in skin elasticity, which can cause your skin to sag.

A tummy tuck is an effective solution in regards to restoring the appearance of your midsection. Reshaping your midsection with a tummy tuck Baltimore or abdominoplasty procedure comes in a variety of ways. Dr. Jeffrey Schreiber and trained staff at Baltimore Plastic Surgery in Maryland offer various types of tummy tuck options to transform your midsection and get you the results you always wanted.

Mini Tummy Tuck

A mini tummy tuck is a less invasive procedure but provides the same great results as a traditional tummy tuck, this version is ideal for a patient whose diet and exercise efforts have plateaued leaving them with a small area or “pooch” below the belly button. A mini tummy tuck involves a much smaller incision just above the pubic area and doesn’t involve the belly button needing to be repositioned. Due to its smaller incision, scarring is more limited and it can be concealed by undergarments or a bathing suit.

Full Tummy Tuck

This is the most common tummy tuck procedure performed that concentrates on reshaping and toning up the lower abdominal area. It is extremely common for women who have gone through pregnancy and childbirth. A full tummy tuck Baltimore uses an incision that is slightly longer (hip to hip) than the mini tummy tuck, but it allows Dr. Schreiber to remove a large amount of excess abdominal skin and it allows him to tighten the muscles along the entire length of the abdomen. The belly button is sometimes repositioned so that the outcome looks symmetrical and natural. If you previously had a C-section with pregnancy it can be reused to reduce any additional scarring. Most traditional tummy tuck incisions can be hidden by undergarments or a bathing suit.

Extended Tummy Tuck

The extended tummy tuck Baltimore is for patients needing a significant amount of skin or fatty tissue removed in their lower abdominal area and also the hip or lower back “love handle” regions.  When patients are concerned about their side waist or flanks in addition to the frontal abdominal area, Dr. Jeffrey Schreiber can extend the incision around the waist to help contour this area tremendously. It is more invasive with a longer incision made above the pubic area, the entire width of the abdominal area which extends to the back of each hip. The belly button is also repositioned in this procedure and then reconstructed to look normal. Due to this procedure being more invasive, patients are typically required to spend one night in the hospital for recovery and like with a standard tummy tuck the incision can be hidden with undergarments or a bathing suit.

Circumferential Tummy Tuck

This is the ultimate re-contouring procedure for the trunk. It addresses everything the extended abdominoplasty does, with the addition of excising excess lower back skin and elevating the buttocks. If the appearance of the entire mid-section bothers the patient, then Dr. Schreiber can perform a circumferential tummy tuck. This scar goes around the waist to the back, but it allows Dr. Schreiber to improve the appearance of the entire mid-section.  This includes the frontal abdominal area, the waist, the flanks, and even the buttocks.

Reverse Tummy Tuck

A reverse abdominoplasty involves the upper portion of the midsection just below the breasts. Some patients can have a lower abdominal area that is toned and flat but their upper torso has loose skin or extra fatty tissue. This procedure is ideal with a mini tummy tuck for an overall midsection makeover. It is also an option to do with breast augmentation or breasts enhancements, due to where the reverse tummy tuck incision is made, therefore allowing these cosmetic procedures to be done at the same time. The reverse tummy tuck incision can be hidden (for women) with a bra or bathing suit top.

With 5 different types or variations there is a solution to get you the stomach or abs you always wanted. Dr. Jeffrey Schreiber and trained staff in the Baltimore MD and surrounding area are here to help you make the decision which tummy tuck is the right choice for you. Call or schedule your tummy tuck consultation today.

How Baltimore Plastic Surgery Can Help You Achieve Your New Year’s Resolution

No CommentsJanuary 11, 2021Jeffrey Schreiber, MD

baltimore plastic surgery

The most common New year’s resolutions usually have to do with losing weight, committing to exercising more, eating healthier, saving money, and finally doing that one thing we have been putting off…like plastic surgery! When we feel good and know we look good, we are more inclined to continue our healthy, positive lifestyles

and maintain our body image and self-esteem. A Baltimore plastic surgery can be one way to help you achieve this in combination with a healthy lifestyle, of course.

FACE: Sometimes a little Botox, dermal fillers or an IPL photo-facial can help freshen your look during the cold, dreary winter months that seem to drag on forever.  Facelifts, neck lifts, and eyelid lifts are a bigger investment with more downtime but can help you look more youthful and less tired with more dramatic results.

BODY: Nonsurgical body contouring procedures help to contour and sculpt stubborn collections of fat without surgery or downtime. Results take longer to be evident and are more subtle than surgery, but they truly are lunchtime procedures.  More invasive dramatic surgery like liposuction, tummy tuck Baltimore, or other lifts of the body are most popular in the winter months since several months are available for recovery before swimsuit time again later in the year.

BREASTS: Some women simply want to fill out their swimsuit top and feel proportional to their curves. A breast augmentation Baltimore is a safe and straightforward procedure that helps many women achieve this goal and feel feminine and sexy, and more comfortable in their skin.

SKIN: Get that chemical peel or C02 laser and complete y resurface away years of age spots, pigmentation, texture, wrinkles, etc. The downtime is worth it!
