This is a 22-year-old female with a history of placing gauges in her earlobes to stretch them out. She was finished with the gauged earlobe look and wanted to restore a natural appearance to the earlobe. The entire Baltimore earlobe repair procedure was done under local anesthesia and took only 1 hour!
