This is a 48 year old female who desired breast and body contouring. She desired lifted, fuller, and more shapely breasts and a flatter abdomen with removal of the excess skin. She underwent submuscular placement of 325cc Mentor moderate-plus profile silicone gel breast implants, a breast lift (mastopexy), and a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and she is shown before and 12 months afterward. These combined procedures are also known as a mommy makeover.
