This is a 36-year-old female who was unhappy with the sagging appearance of her breasts. She underwent a Baltimore breast lift and she is shown before and 1 year afterward. A breast lift is an excellent way to lift the breasts and make them perkier. She also had a breast augmentation procedure done at the same time with 500cc silicone gel breast implants.
