This is a 36-year-old female from Baltimore, Maryland who desired a fuller shape to her breasts after breastfeeding. She underwent a breast augmentation with 350cc silicone implants underneath the muscle. She is shown before and 6 months afterward. A tummy tuck was also done at the same time.
