This is a 53-year-old female who underwent bilateral mastectomies. She chose expander/implant breast reconstruction with 400cc silicone breast implants. After one year, she is shown after the completion of her reconstruction, including expansion, implant placement, nipple reconstruction, and tattooing of the nipple-areola complex.
