This is a 57-year-old female who underwent tissue expander and breast implant reconstruction after bilateral mastectomies. She is shown before the reconstruction and afterward, including implant placement, nipple reconstruction, and tattooing of the nipples and areolae. The Baltimore breast reconstruction process can take 8-12 months for completion.
