This is a 71-year-old female who wanted to get rid of her tired look and heavy neck and jowls. She did not like the appearance of her sagging neck, jowls, and marionette lines. She had a Maryland facelift done (includes a necklift) and she is shown 12 months afterward. She also had upper and lower eyelift procedures down to get rid of the tired look from her eyes.
